STEM Study Tips For Teens

STEM Study Tips For Teens

If you have a teenager who is enthusiastic about STEM, read this post well.

Good study habits don’t always come easily or naturally. So most teens need to be taught how to develop them. Effective study strategies can reduce your child’s stress about school and improve grades. Here are some tips that can help;

👉Use a planner; this will help you track what you need to do or what your child needs to do.

👉Mix it up; create a study schedule for your child to learn and practice information. Studying all at once (cramming) produces poor results — like not remembering the information. It doesn’t stick. So instead, space out the time between your study sessions.

👉Quiz your child; as they study, quiz them on the subject they are reading. Then, if they struggle to remember something or have to relearn it, they learn it better than they would have without trying to remember it.
