A woman, has a place in science to the same degree a man does. Our young girls need this orientation. Typically, girls lean towards other fields different from science. Sometimes it is a subconscious effort.
We should constantly remind our girls that their dreams are big and valid, and it does not matter what profession they want to take up; they are capable and will succeed regardless of any challenges they may face.
